Co-founder

Kris currently works as an early stage venture capital investor at Cercano Management in Seattle. Kris started KnowTern in 2018 to serve as a resource for undergraduate diversity students. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University in 2020 where he also served as the inaugural president of the Gabelli School of Business DEI Advisory Board.

Armani Nieves is a dynamic investment professional with deep expertise in capital markets and private equity. At Morgan Stanley, he worked in the Consumer Retail & Industrials Debt Capital Markets Group. During his time at The Carlyle Group, Armani spearheaded fundraising initiatives, and was the youngest to recieve the Carlyle Changemaker Award. Recognized by Business Insider as one of the top young professionals diversifying Wall Street, Armani continues to pursue philanthropy through his committee member position for the Carnegie Hall Notables group, Association for a Better New York and Co- Founder of KnowTern.
